We describe two patients with empty sella of unusual manifestation by MRI, CT and CT-Cisternography, and plain skull films: one case presented with several resid-ual Pantopaque (Iophendylate) globules within the empty sella and the other case,
with
hypopituitarism accompanying empty sella with nonvisualized infundibular stalk.
